Professor Devine was consulted by the Sacramento Bee in their recent investigation concerning potential corrosion problems facing the new Bay Bridge.  The problem concerns the corrosion of the steel tendons that structurally support the bridge.  The Sacramento Bee investigation was published on May 18.
