Course Description: Graduate level course featuring pedagogical development for future teachers in the sciences and engineering. In seminar format, participants discover and discuss methodologies for teaching and learning, communicating technical content, assessing effectiveness, resolving conflict, cultivating professional ethics, and developing personal pedagogical style.

Prerequisites: Graduate standing and appointment, or interest in appointment, as graduate student instructor.

Course Format: Two hour of seminar each week, generally augmenting individual teaching responsibilities.
