Rob Ritchie Awarded 2014 Acta Materialia Gold Medal

Rob Ritchie has been awarded the 2014 Acta Materialia Gold Medal Award.  This international award is given in recognition of research contributions and leadership in materials science.  Rob is the 40th winner of the Acta Materialia Gold Medal.  He is the second Berkeley faculty to be recognized with this prestigious award, the first being Gareth Thomas who received the award in 2003.  Congratulations, Rob!
