Professor Yao receives Hellman Fellowship

Assistant Professor Jie Yao was named a recipient of a Hellman Fellowship from the the UC Berkeley campus for 2015-16. This award was created at Berkeley in 1995 by a generous gift from the late F. Warren Hellman. The fellowship was established to support assistant professors who have shown evidence of their promise for great distinction in research.
