Ramesh Appointed Associate Lab Director for Energy Technologies

Professor Ramesh, Purnendu Chatterjee Endowed Chair in Energy Technologies and Professor of Materials Science and Engineering and Physics at UC Berkeley, will be returning from his leave as the Deputy Director for Science and Technology at Oak Ridge to accept the position of Associate Laboratory Director for Energy Technologies at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. This new ALD position has lab-wide responsibility for accelerating the translation of basic and applied research into energy applications.
