UC Berkeley Student Wins Best Poster Award at MRS

Graduate student Shishir Pandya (adviser Lane Martin) was recognized with a Best Poster Award at the Spring 2015 Materials Research Society (MRS) meeting in San Francisco. His poster, entitled “Novel Routes to Strain Engineer Domain Structures and Properties in Epitaxial PbZr1-xTixO3 Thin Films” showcased exciting new advances in how to control and understand complex materials.
